Cook like a regular pancake in coconut oil.

Collagen Paleo Pancakes
1/2 ripe Banana, sliced
2 GG Scandinavian Crispbread, crumbled (why I LOVE GG crackers)
1 tablespoon Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
10 drops SweetLeaf Sweet Drops Liquid Stevia
1 teaspoon ground Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking Soda (optional)
Pinch of Sea Salt, to taste
2 tablespoon Coconut Oil, for cooking
- Place all ingredients in a Vita-Mix and blend.
- Then, heat oil and cook just like regular pancake.
