6 Fast & Very Different Anti-Bloat Detox


It’s been fun!

All that bread, pasta, pie & THE DRINKS were sure flowing.

Time to get back to life and still have fun! Who said detoxing couldn’t be FUN!

And to be honest, I’m so glad that I experienced eating with no rules or restrictions for the last two months.

However, I am now at the to point where I’m are SO ready to GET BACK to clean eating — even on a vacation (oh, wait, life is vacation as an entrepreneur.)

But sometimes a vacation from regular eating and exercise helps us gain perspective and expand possibilities.

If you are like me you know how great it feels to eat clean and have a healthy, radiate body that rocks!

SO for those of you that are ready to hit IT in more ways than one … let’s talk DETOX!

It just feels right to start any detox with head space. We often forget the universe has our back and we just need to ask for spaciousness. This is actually one of the things that has become a way of life for me — and I’m certainly ready to open to more this year — and that’s why I started the year off with our powerful New Year’s Creative Fire party! Fastest Detox Anti-Bloat for the Body

We forget that detox begins with the skin.

1. Move & Sweat

The obvious tip is move and sweat — I know you know this, so think of this as your little reminder and remember detox starts at the skin and that’s why this is my first recommendation. Go! Play!

Okay! I used to think this was over rated, until I tried it. It’s truly a fast gut healing formula! Inexpensive and effective. Add vegetables, rosemary and herbs for even more benefits.

Dr. Pottenger,  researcher who offered research in the field of nutrition, praised bone broth because it provides a source of hydrophilic colloids in the form of gelatin (more below.) Raw foods tend to be hydrophilic – water-loving – and blend with digestive juices for efficient digestion. Cooking food, however, often creates hydrophobic colloids and can repel digestive juice in the stomach. Because collagen hydrolysate/gelatin remains hydrophilic even when heated, it aids digestion of cooked food.
