5 Ingredient: Paleo Raw Vegan Bio-Hacked Blueberry Scone

Yes, you may be laughing at the title of this recipe, but you won’t be laughing when I taste it.
Oh, and when you ready what it does for your body and brain. Wowzers!

Here’s the Recipe – ENJOY!

Mash Banana

Add 1/3 Cup of TigerNut Flour

Add 1 scoop (about 2 Tbsp) of Vital Proteins

Add 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil

Mix in 1/3 Cup Blueberries

Form into Scone

Dust with Tigernut Flour or Sliced Tiger Nuts

  • 1 mashed banana
  • ⅓ C TigerNut flour
  • 2 Tbsp Vital Proteins
  • 2 Tbsp Garden of Life coconut oil
  • ⅓ cup blueberries
Instructions
  1. Mash banana in room temperature or lower
  2. Add TigerNut flour and protein (all dry ingredients)
  3. Mix ingredients
  4. Stir in coconut oil
  5. Add blueberries
  6. Make it a scone
  7. Then add dusting with TigerNut Flour or Sliced TigerNuts
