I have a confession! I LOVE creamy warm things all winter long, but this recipe has a plot twist! It came be made with 100% real and raw vegetables, nuts and seeds. Yup! No dairy, eggs, or other processed oils.
Oh, yeah! The recipe it’s easy – peasy?
Real & Raw Tomato Basil Soup
1-2 Cups cherry or grape tomatoes
1/2 Cup raw pine nuts
1/2 Cup hemp seeds (I use Harvest Hearts on Amazon or Thrive Market)
1/4 Cup celery
3-4 Fresh Basil Leaves
1-2 Garlic cloves
Tbsp Sea Salt
Dash of Cayenne Peper
+ directions: Put all of those in a Vita-Mix and blend … duh! Then heat if you wish or plan for a raw room temperature soup. I know you raw foodies … you don’t really care for the heat!
