Here’s how to make this favorite!
Step 1: Express water from firm tofu
Step 2: Cut tofu into cubes
Step 3: Cover each cube with an oil / vinegar dressing
Step 4: Cover in bread crumbs mixture – breadcrumbs, parsley, salt and pepper
Step 5: Place each cube on cookie tray with a little oil drizzled on top
Step 6: Cook on 425 degrees for 20 minutes
Step 7: Serve
What you need for this recipe:
- 1/4 cup balsamic salad dressing
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon dry parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
