Since being in quarantine I’ve gotten the hankering for serious homegrown veggies.

Which is why alfalfa and other veggie growth needs its own stand out feature on Real Raw You.

And not only is it so healthy its also incredibly SIMPLE!  It’s that prefect little ‘extra’ for your avocado toast or sandwich?

Here ARE the Steps!

Pre-Steps: Get good seeds! Good seeds will sink to the bottom of the jar.

Have a clean jar for Step 1, Have a container with a lid for Step 2 and 3.

Step 1: Soak your seeds for 24 hours, rinsing every 8 hours.

Step 2: Drain the seeds and let them germinate. Rinse them once a day.

Step 3: Green them up by removing the jar lid and placing them in a sunny window sill. They green and grow fast.

Eat once they are big enough to refrigerate and use within 5 days.
