Here ARE the Steps!
Pre-Steps: Get good seeds! Good seeds will sink to the bottom of the jar.
Have a clean jar for Step 1, Have a container with a lid for Step 2 and 3.
Step 1: Soak your seeds for 24 hours, rinsing every 8 hours.
Step 2: Drain the seeds and let them germinate. Rinse them once a day.
Step 3: Green them up by removing the jar lid and placing them in a sunny window sill. They green and grow fast.
Eat once they are big enough to refrigerate and use within 5 days.
