My Raw Power Bars … I mean balls :)

These 6 Ingredient Cacao and Fig Raw Balls are ready to take with you in 10 minutes! I love having them when I’m at events and need an afternoon pick-me-up!

You all know how much I LOVE getting my fiber in so I thought it would be perfect to give some attention to – FIGS!

Plus, this recipe is super-easy, and super-delicious — just how we like it at real raw you.

Did you ever eat Newton Fig Bars as a child? They this these little crunchy bits that makes me smile like I’m 13 again!

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Servings: a dozen

2 cup Dried Figs with them stems removed
1/4 cup Cashew Butter
1/4 cup Oats Mixed with Chia Seeds
2 Tbsp Cacao Nibs (or Chocolate Chips)
1 handful of Cashews (optional)
1 handful of Cranberries (optional)
You can also toss them in some raw sugar cane if you’d like 🙂
Pinch of Salt

1. Trim the stems off of the dried figs.
2. Place in NutriBullet or VitaMix
3. Add Cashew Butter
4. Blend
5. Place in mixing bowl and add in other ingredients
6. With slightly wet hands, create into balls (see pictures)
